BARBARA BURKA,
LICSW
SWTRS Director
Barbara joined the staff of SWTRS in 1995. She is a clinical social
worker with over 20 years of professional experience. She has provided
assessments, case management and therapy for individuals and groups
in a variety of settings, including outpatient clinics, schools, residential
treatment centers, and outreach programs. Ms. Burka is the mother of
school-aged children, and is actively involved in community organizations
that provide support for families. She understands the stresses and
challenges that today's families can face, and the frustrations often
encountered in finding appropriate support and treatment.

ANITA MULCAHEY,
LICSW, ACSW
SWTRS Assistant Director
Anita joined the staff of SWTRS in 2004.
A clinical social worker with over 15 years experience, she has worked
primarily in medical settings with patients and families coping with
cancer, kidney disease and multiple sclerosis. The medical settings
where she has worked include Beth Israel Hospital and MetroWest Medical
Center. Ms. Mulcahey has school aged children and also is an active
community volunteer.

Jill Millis,
LICSW
SWTRS Referral Specialist
Jill has worked at Mass. General and Mt.
Auburn Hospitals, on medical, surgical and in-patient psychiatric services.
She has been a leader of postpartum support groups as well as parenting
groups. For the past 20 years, she has maintained a private practice.
She has also worked with the Belmont/ Watertown VNA.
